In the Land of Dawn, there is a legend about a mysterious labyrinth in the Western Desert. The labyrinth is said to be a statue of a giant minotaur, and it is considered to be the holy site of the Minoan Kingdom. It is also said that there is a group of contractors who guard the labyrinth.
The Minoan Kingdom was a wealthy and prosperous land. It was known for its precious jade, which brought the Minoans great wealth. However, the Minoans were also a greedy people. They became obsessed with gold and riches, and they soon forgot their duty to guard the labyrinth.
One day, a god came from the heavens to punish the Minoans for their greed. The god unleashed a powerful force of light and dark, which decimated the entire Minoan Kingdom. Aldous was the only contractor who remained loyal to his duty. He stayed behind to guard the labyrinth, even as the kingdom was destroyed around him.
As Aldous watched the destruction of his people, he was filled with rage. He vowed to avenge the Minoans, and he vowed to protect the labyrinth from those who would seek to use it for evil.
Just then, two streams of energy surged into Aldous's body. He thought he was about to die, but the two streams of energy collided, causing great changes to his body. His skin grew long, black scales that could resist most attacks, and his arms grew monstrously large. Aldous had been transformed into a powerful warrior, and he was now ready to fulfill his vow.
Aldous stayed behind to guard the labyrinth, while the remaining minotaurs traveled to the Land of Dawn to find answers. News of the mysterious force sealing the Minoan Maze spread quickly to the Abyssal Kingdom. The Abyss wanted to harness this strange energy for their own purposes, and they sent Selena and her Abyssal Demons to the entrance of the Minoan Maze.
A huge battle was about to begin. Aldous and the minotaurs would defend the labyrinth from the Abyss, and they would fight to protect the Land of Dawn from evil.
